Paediatric Occupational Therapy

Helping children aged 0–17 build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills through mobile visits and telehealth sessions in Sydney City, Waterloo ,and surrounding suburbs. Our approach is playful, practical, and rooted in helping little bodies succeed in the real world.

We operate with the understanding that transformative therapy can happen anywhere – be it in the cosiness of home, the vibrant outdoors, a school atmosphere, or through accessible online sessions.

How we work

Our 5-step process is designed to create a supportive and collaborative environment, setting the stage for meaningful progress and lasting therapy success.

  • We’ll begin with a thorough evaluation of where your child is at. This will include time for some in-depth discussion (with you and with your child) so we can build a deep understanding of their world and their unique personality.

  • We’ll develop a personalised therapy plan designed to empower your child, collaborating closely with you as an integral contributor in the planning process.

  • Our therapy sessions are designed to be enjoyable and impactful, incorporating activities that are meaningful to children and adolescents.

    We focus on building essential skills that foster independence, integrating therapy seamlessly into everyday life. Throughout the process, we provide continuous support and guidance, ensuring progress and celebrating achievements, big and small.

  • We believe in transparency and open communication. We’ll prioritise checking in with you to discuss your child's development and adjust the therapy plan as needed.

    Your feedback and insights are vital, helping us refine our approach and ensuring that the therapy journey remains collaborative and effective.

  • We love working with families who are ready to lean into the many layers of developmental learning – what you do outside of therapy can make a huge difference in getting great results. We equip families with the tools, resources and support to help them continue to foster their child's independence beyond the therapy session.
